18 weeks - Belly pic

My belly is really started to grow! I still have only gained about 1/2 of a pound according to the scale... I am sure it will catch up with me soon!

Only 18 days until our 3d ultrasound where we should be finding out if it is a boy or a girl!

And Chris and I have made some progress with the nursery - pics coming soon...

16 week check up

We had our 16 week check up this morning and we heard the heartbeat again. 150 beats per minutes. Perfect.

It has a little less novelty to us now, because we have actually bought a doppler and we listen to the heartbeat at home often - just to make sure everything is okay.

So far I have gained -1 lb. in weight... and I am beyond shocked. I actually weight one less pound now than I did when we first got pregnant. The midwifes say that is perfectly fine - not to worry, I will gain weight...

So - there it is!

Our next appointment is on January 5th. We will be getting a 3D sonogram and hopefully finding out the sex of this baby.
